Sherman & Howard's aviation law attorneys have represented owners, operators and financers of aircraft; as well as fuel consortia; foreign governments; a private airport and related flight association; and private industry in a wide range of aviation law, business, transactional and litigation matters. This representation has included a range of general aviation matters, as well as significant work in the areas of aircraft transfer and finance and in the formation and operation of airline fuel consortia at major airports throughout the United States. One of our attorneys has also represented clients in matters involving space law; satellite system implementation, communication and frequency coordination; GPS systems; and security interests in mobile equipment and launch vehicles.
