Unions Winning More NLRB Elections

Data recently released by the Bureau of National Affairs shows that unions are winning NLRB representation and decertification elections with increasing frequency.  For instance, in 2008, unions won 66.8 percent of representation elections, up from 60.4 percent in 2007.  The 2008 win rate was the highest rate since BNA began collecting such data in 1984.
