Diana Wendel Elected to Sherman & Howard Executive Committee

DENVER - Sherman & Howard L.L.C. has added Diana Wendel to its Executive Committee. Ms. Wendel joins five other Members on the Executive Committee, which is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the Firm's management strategy and business plan.

Ms. Wendel joined Sherman & Howard in 1988. She is a Member in the Real Estate Practice Group and served as the Department Manager for the past five years. Ms. Wendel's experience covers a broad spectrum, including real estate, finance, construction, business and commercial law matters. She has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and sales, lending and foreclosure transactions, construction law matters, commercial leasing, community associations and general real estate development. She also has experience in financing, business and commercial law matters, including complicated financing transactions, acquisitions, entity organization and administration issues, and general contract and commercial law matters.
