Sherman & Howard Ranked Highly in National Bond and
Disclosure Counsel Categories for First Quarter of 2008

Sherman & Howard L.L.C. was ranked number nine in the nation in the bond counsel (competitive sale) category and number seven in the nation as disclosure counsel for the first quarter of 2008, according to Thomson Financial's recent rankings.

The first-quarter 2008 counsel rankings, quantified and determined by Thomson Financial, measured Sherman & Howard against top firms nationwide. Only the top ten ranking  firms were reported. Measurements were based on total monetary amount of approved issues during the quarter.

The Sherman & Howard Public Finance Practice Group is among the largest in Colorado and Nevada. The Firm has been continuously listed in the "Municipal Bond Attorneys" section of The Bond Buyer's Municipal Marketplace (The Red Book) since that publication first started listing municipal bond attorneys in about 1939.
