It impairs memory, concentration, perception and movement. It's legal. There are no standards for when a person is under its influence. And the state is working on regulations for selling it to your employees. Call it aunt mary, bud, cannabis, doobie, ganja, herb, mary jane, pot, reefer, stash, THC, weed, marihuana, marijuana, what are we going to do about it?
The program will include:
- Overview of the status of legal, recreational and medical marijuana in Colorado.
- Status update on the regulatory process for recreational marijuana.
- Current developments in litigation concerning employer's restricting the presence of THC in employee's systems.
- Current best practices for anti-drug policies and testing.
