And the state is working on regulations for selling it to your employees. The program will include:

  • Overview of the status of legal, recreational and medical marijuana in Colorado.
  • Status update on the regulatory process for recreational marijuana.
  • Current developments in litigation concerning employer's restricting the presence of THC in employee's systems.
  • Current best practices for anti-drug policies and testing.
