ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
Sherman & Howard L.L. C. is Denver's oldest law firm and has a national practice. We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk 1 in our downtown Denver office. This is an entry level, task oriented position requiring concentration and attention to detail.
Required skills include ability to perform simple mathematical calculations; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; and knowledge of professional practices and procedures. High School Diploma or GED required. One year of clerical accounting experience which involved the use of a personal computer, data entry and word processing duties is preferred. Experience with accounting software is a plus.
LEGAL SECRETARY / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - DENVER
Experience: 5 plus years of executive level administrative and legal secretarial experience in the litigation field required.
Duties and Responsibilities: Support two very busy attorneys on this fast paced desk providing a variety of secretarial and administrative support tasks. In addition to busy trial schedules, one of the attorneys requires assistance with his duties as a Member of the Firm's Executive Committee. Candidates at this level have obtained a thorough understanding of the terminology, procedures and methods used in the area of litigation and the needs and expectations of the attorneys. The successful candidate is poised, articulate, willing to lean procedures already in place, handles multiple and ever changing demands while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Emphasis is on quality, stability, and consistency. Focus is on excellence in order to meet the firm's business needs.

DOCKET & CONFLICTS SPECIALIST - DENVER
We are currently recruiting for a Docket & Conflicts Specialist in the Records Department of our Denver, Colorado office.
The Docket & Conflicts Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of technical record keeping and coordination duties involving the assembling, analysis, recording and communication of court docket information involving the Firm's attorneys. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of court information into the Firm's docket system and communicating information to all parties involved with the matter. Work is performed under limited supervision and is evaluated on the accuracy and timeliness of information disseminated.
