- Acts as bond, disclosure, special, underwriter's, and bank counsel for issuers, underwriters, financial institutions, and other participants on transactions of virtually all sizes in the Rocky Mountain and Southwest regions.
- Specializes in bond and disclosure counsel work on municipal utility transactions and land-secured financing including assessment district bonds, tax increment financing, lease purchase agreements and certificates of participation.
- Acted as disclosure counsel to the City of Colorado Springs Utilities for approximately $2,695,000,000 aggregate principal amount of utilities system revenue bonds issued since 1999.
- Acted as disclosure counsel to the Public Authority for Colorado Energy for $653,210,000 in aggregate principal amount of Natural Gas Purchase Revenue Bonds, Series 2008.
- Acted as bond counsel for $13,770,000 aggregate principal amount of Tax-Exempt Certificates of Participation (City Hall Project), Series 2009A and $174,500,000 aggregate principal amount of Taxable Certificates of Participation (City Hall Project), Series 2009B (Direct Pay Build America Bonds) issued and delivered to finance the construction of a new City Hall for the City of Las Vegas.
