• Represented the seller in the sale of stock of the largest provider of in-room video entertainment and internet services to hotel guests to a publicly traded competitor for stock and cash valued at $380 million.
• Represented the seller of NBA and NHL teams and the related sports arena for $450 million.
• Represented a publicly traded media, entertainment and communications company in connection with the spin-off of its international cable television business.
• Represented the majority stockholder in a freeze-out merger of minority stockholders in a privately held location-based services business and subsequent appraisal proceeding.
• Represented the investor in preferred stock financing rounds by online retailers and an online sports gaming service.
• Represented purchasers and sellers of both new and previously owned aircraft ranging in price from $3 million to $36 million.
• Represented purchasers of fractional interests in aircraft through four different fractional ownership programs.
