Representative Matters

• Provides advice to employers on various employment matters, including:
  • Issues relating to Title VII, the ADA and other EEO statutes
  • Independent contractor/employee classification
  • Occupational safety and health
• Represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in cases arising under Title VII, the ADA, the FLSA and other employment statutes
• Represents employers in federal court with regard to enforcing and vacating labor arbitration awards
• Represents employers before state agencies in unemployment benefits and unemployment tax audit matters
• Defends citations before the federal Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and state-plan occupational safety and health boards
