- Provides advice to employers on various employment matters, including:
- Issues relating to Title VII, the ADA and other EEO statutes
- Independent contractor/employee classification
- Occupational safety and health
- Represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in cases arising under Title VII, the ADA, the FLSA and other employment statutes
- Represents employers in federal court with regard to enforcing and vacating labor arbitration awards
- Represents employers before state agencies in unemployment benefits and unemployment tax audit matters
- Defends citations before the federal Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and state-plan occupational safety and health boards
