• Former General Counsel to the Hispanic National Bar Association advising on all corporate/business matters including contracts, employment, real estate, leases and leasing, litigation, governance, compliance and administration.
• Advise and counsel corporate entities on all business matters.
• Advise clients in corporate and business law, education law, trusts and estates, non-profit and charitable law.
• Advise business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and families on tax and estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts.
• Former Assistant Dean of Students and Professional Programs, University of Colorado Law School advising and supervising students in the practice of law in law firms, government agencies and the courts.
• Assist families with all aspects of estate and family wealth planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts, including sophisticated wealth transfer strategies and integration of those strategies with personal, business and tax goals.
