• Responsible for the firm's bond counsel work for private activity bond financings in the states of Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, Nebraska and Utah.
• Bond counsel and underwriter's counsel on numerous health care financings and primary responsibility for Idaho Health Facilities Authority financings.
• Work in connection with all types of financings for the City of Colorado Springs.
