• Acquisition and sales of multi-state owned and leased properties throughout the country, in both stock and asset transactions.
• Construction documents with contractors, architects, and other design professionals ranging from $10,000,000 to $200,000,000 for commercial, office, shopping center, airport, and medical facilities.
• Office, retail, shopping center, warehouse, industrial, ground leases, build-to-suit leases, restaurant and medical leases, ranging from 5,000 to 330,000 square feet, single tenant and multi-tenant premises.
• Long-term representation (over 10 years) of single landlord client owning multiple office buildings, and long term representation (over 10 years) of single tenant client opening and operating numerous commercial retail buildings and premises in several states.
• Development, subdivision and covenants for residential communities and resort development projects, including single family, condominiums, townhomes, and golf course communities.
• Formation and operational issues of corporations, limited liability companies and other entities.
• Preparation and negotiation of various business contracts, including management contracts, service contracts and other business agreements and commercial law matters.
