• Assist families with all aspects of estate and family wealth planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts, including sophisticated wealth transfer strategies and integration of those strategies with personal, business and tax goals.
• Advise business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals on tax and estate planning strategies, including family gifting strategies, charitable giving techniques and business succession planning.
• Advise for-profit and non-profit entities on choice of entity, including the preparation of Articles and ByLaws and organization status registrations.
• Advise and counsel corporate entities on governance, compliance and administrative matters.
