• Prevailed in multi-plaintiff case involving claims of reverse discrimination
• Obtained favorable judgment for federal contractor against Whistle Blower claims by multiple claimants
• Obtained arbitration award for international mining company which enabled use of new technology by contractor experts
• Represented physicians' practice on damages claim for competition; defended counterclaims for alleged breach of contract and ERISA
• Negotiated no-cost settlement for cable provider that was assessed withdrawal liability upon termination of participation in Multi-Employer Pension Plan
• Composed and assisted in implementation of Sarbanes Oxley Corporate Code of Ethics for international company
• Obtained judgment on "prevailing party"/fee provision in non-disclosure, nonsolicitation agreement
• Represented membership organization in establishing separate employer entity, including new compensation and benefit plans
• Obtained arbitration award for security company against claims of discrimination and wrongful discharge
• Secured settlement of multi-state litigation alleging breach of contract and discrimination claims
• Secured no-cost resolution of public accommodations claims filed with Department of Justice
• Prevailed in lawsuit by labor union to vacate arbitrator's award on public policy grounds
