• Obtained summary judgment in federal court on all claims, including reverse race discrimination, reverse sex discrimination, retaliation, and age discrimination, on behalf of company.
• Obtained summary judgment in AAA arbitration on all claims, including sex discrimination, age discrimination, Equal Pay Act retaliation, and wrongful discharge in violation of public policy.
• Assisted in federal court jury trial for sex and age discrimination claims in which jury found for client on all counts.
• Successfully moved to protect identity of confidential informant in sex discrimination lawsuit.
