Representative Matters

• Counsel for management clients regarding all day-to-day labor law matters including union avoidance, representation proceedings, union negotiations, unfair labor practice defense, and arbitration defense.
• Negotiated collective bargaining agreements for the New York Stock Exchange employer clients with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), United Food & Commercial Workers (UFCW), Iron Workers, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), United Steelworkers (USWA), District Council of Carpenters, Laborers Union, Operating Engineers, Cement Masons, Plumbers and Pipe Fitters, and Allied Industrial, Chemical and Energy Unions.
• Developed strategies for clients in critical labor contract negotiations resulting in improved management/labor relations and contracts.
• Counseled clients on union organizing campaigns obtaining a 95% win rate.
• Successfully defended clients in unfair labor practice cases before the National Labor Relations Board for over 35 years.
