- In commercial tort matter, successfully defeated preliminary injunction motion in three-day bench hearing after expedited discovery.
- On behalf of contractor, successfully negotiated settlements with multiple parties in multi-million dollar construction defect suit involving high-end condominium project.
- Obtained $ 1 million default judgment against an insurer in connection with a claim for coverage of a construction defect dispute.
