• Trial experience in state and federal courts, appellate court experience in state and federal appeals courts, and represented clients in agency hearings and proceedings, legislative matters, and arbitrations.
• Represented lenders in hearings, trials, and arbitrations on various collection and workout matters, secured collateral recovery, and defended lender liability claims.
• Represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction lenders in defect, warranty, payment, delay, lien, trust fund,  and other general construction claims.
• Asserted and defended claims surrounding various insurance coverage disputes.
• Represented business entities of different types, sizes, and industries in numerous contract, landlord/tenant, real estate, employment, payment, fraud, and other disputes.
• Defended tort claims asserted against businesses and individuals, including basic negligence, premises liability, defamation, and wrongful death claims.
• Consulted with businesses and individuals on pre-litigation strategy, and worked to facilitate negotiations and dispute resolution before, during, and after trial.
