- Acted as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, and disclosure counsel on a variety of transactions, including conduit issuances, certificates of participation, auction rate securities, multi-model variable rate structures, commercial paper, and interest rate exchange agreements.
- Represents governmental entities and other transaction participants in public finance matters in Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico.
- Clients include governmental entities such as municipalities, counties, special districts, school districts, state agencies, and intergovernmental authorities, as well as non-profit corporations and investment banks.
