• Provide health care clients with strategic analysis and advice in the management of problems and conflicts.
• Advise physicians and health care clients on contracts, business transactions and regulatory compliance (e.g., Stark, antikickback, HIPAA).
• Represent physicians and other health care providers in licensing, credentialing and professional disciplinary proceedings.
• Advise owners and managers of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities on business, regulatory, compliance and reimbursement matters.
• Advise hospitals on credentialing and peer review matters.
• Advise healthcare clients on state government procurement matters.
