- $17 million permanent shopping center loan, providing for initial funding and holdback for two supplemental fundings upon completion and leasing of additional shop space and pad site improvements.
- $12 million acquisition loan for distribution facility with release provisions to accommodate subsequent platting and sale of excess land.
- Modification of shopping center loan, including deed in lieu of foreclosure upon a portion of the real estate collateral, to accommodate redevelopment of shopping center previously anchored by Wal-Mart.
- $10 million mezzanine loan for remodeling and conversion of apartment complex to condominiums, including negotiation of intercreditor agreement.
- $5.5 million permanent loan upon medical office building, including negotiation of tri-party agreement among lender, borrower and hospital, in respect to campus-wide declaration of covenants and restrictions.
