Representative Matters

• Represents lenders in hearings, trials and mediations on various collection and workout matters; and pursues claims to recover secured collateral
• Consults with lenders and creditors to develop comprehensive plans for pursuing judgment debtors' assets through the use of asset examinations, garnishments, liens, and other targeted collection efforts
• Represents spouses in all aspects of the dissolution of marriage process, including child custody issues
